About
A Grand Finish is the aging and end-of-life support division of Simply Family Solutions, providing compassionate, non-medical guidance for individuals and families throughout Burlington, Ontario, and the surrounding communities.
Founded by Celeste Poulin, it was created from the belief that no one should have to navigate aging, caregiving, or the end-of-life journey alone. Through compassionate companionship, family guidance, practical support, and end-of-life doula services, I help individuals and families find calm, connection, and confidence during some of life's most meaningful transitions.
Whether supporting an older adult wishing to remain engaged and independent, providing relief for family caregivers, facilitating important conversations, or walking alongside families at the end of life, my role is to offer a caring presence and practical support that complements the care of family members and healthcare professionals.
Every journey is unique. My commitment is to meet people where they are—with compassion, dignity, respect, and the time to truly listen.
